1. Quali informazioni raccogliamo

In sintesi: Raccogliamo informazioni relative al tuo dispositivo mobile quando utilizzi l’App.

Se usi AstraDashboard, potremmo raccogliere le seguenti informazioni:

  • Accesso al dispositivo mobile: potremmo richiedere accesso o autorizzazioni a determinate funzioni del tuo dispositivo mobile, compresi archiviazione, UUID e altre funzionalità.

  • Dati del dispositivo mobile: raccogliamo automaticamente informazioni sul dispositivo (come ID del dispositivo, modello e produttore), sistema operativo e versione, configurazione del sistema, identificativi dell’app e del dispositivo, tipo e versione del browser, modello hardware, provider di servizi Internet e/o operatore mobile, indirizzo IP (o server proxy). Potremmo anche raccogliere informazioni sulla rete telefonica associata al dispositivo, sulla piattaforma, sul tipo di dispositivo, sull’ID univoco e sulle funzioni dell’App che utilizzi.

Queste informazioni servono principalmente per mantenere la sicurezza e il funzionamento dell’App e per eseguire le autorizzazioni necessarie per i nostri Servizi.

2. Come utilizziamo le tue informazioni

In sintesi: Trattiamo le tue informazioni per finalità basate su interessi legittimi, esecuzione del contratto, obblighi di legge e/o consenso.

Utilizziamo i dati personali raccolti tramite AstraDashboard per scopi aziendali, ad esempio per l’autenticazione dell’utente. L’utente viene riconosciuto tramite impronta digitale associata all’app e al dispositivo (UUID).

In sintesi: Condividiamo le informazioni solo con il tuo consenso, per adempiere agli obblighi di legge, fornirti i Servizi, proteggere i tuoi diritti o adempiere a obblighi aziendali.

Potremmo trattare o condividere i tuoi dati nei seguenti casi:

  • Consenso: quando ci autorizzi espressamente.

  • Interessi legittimi: quando è necessario per i nostri interessi aziendali.

  • Esecuzione di un contratto: per adempiere al contratto con te.

In Short: We collect information related to your mobile device when you use the App.

When you use AstraDashboard, we may collect the following information:

  • Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including storage, UUID, and other functionalities.

  • Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system and version, system configuration, app and device identifiers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). We may also collect information about the phone network associated with your device, the platform, the type of mobile device you use, your unique device ID, and the features of the App you access.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App and to perform the necessary authorizations for our Services.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected via AstraDashboard for business purposes, such as authenticating users. The user is recognized by a fingerprint associated with the app and the device (UUID).

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with Services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

We may process or share your data in the following cases:

  • Consent: When you have given us specific permission.

When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If this is not possible (for example, because it is stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk. You should only access the App within a secure environment.

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to their use of the App. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. 9. Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. Currently, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
